MALE MINISTER MONDAY
“We were in an uncompleted building that could barely seat 500 people. I closed the account of the Church and took the money to Reinhard Bonnke. I told him I wanted his crusades to get to other cities. A few years later, as I stood to minister on that particular ground he ministered during that meeting, I lifted my hands and I saw a sea of heads, everywhere was jammed! The Lord spoke to me and said ‘do you remember that day?’ I said ‘yes’. He said ‘you are now in it!'”
Born in Anambra State on the 28th of April, 1968, Pastor David Ogbueli lives a life that exemplifies different dimensions of the Grace and the power of God. “Some people think I am a Teacher, some think I am an Evangelist while some think I am a reformer.”
He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Dominion City, a Pentecostal assembly with its Headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria. Although it began in 1996 as a gathering of nurses in Enugu State, the Church now has over 450 branches in Nigeria and about 60 across the Nations of the world. As a man who possesses an understanding of the arithmetics of the move of God, he ensures that he invests thoroughly in the lives of young people. While he was a student of Microbiology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, his walk with God was not passive. He has an undying passion to see young people set ablaze for God. He founded the New Covenant Family Ministries, a Campus-focused arm of the Ministry that keeps impacting Universities in various parts of Nigeria.
He is also the President of the Golden Heart Foundation, a foundation that focuses on the re-orientation, entrepreneurial development, leadership education and empowerment of young people in various fields.
He is happily married to Pastor (Mrs) Sarah Ogbueli and they are blessed with four wonderful children.
We pray that the Grace to finish strong will rest upon him till the end, in Jesus name!
